We need 2 or 4 years of accounts for any Evo-Valuation Report. These can be full year end accounts, unfiled management accounts or even projected numbers. All accounts can be uploaded to our secure file transfer facility.

What is the dual valuation?
Unlike other providers, we don't rely on a basic, "one-measure" valuation model. We use a dual algorithm including EBITDA and profit calculations to provide a more rounded valuation. The weighting and ratios used are specific to your company and are based on revenue, growth, industry, ownership structure and more.
